Bliss said it’s a different feeling to be coaching the Muskies rather than playing for them, like he did when Fort High won OFSAA gold in 1986 and 1989.

“It’s a lot tougher and kind of hard to believe,” he said. “It’s different than when you’re playing hockey [for the Muskies] because you want to be able to go out there and do certain things.
“But you can’t and you just have to show them certain things instead,” he added.

Bliss feels that he’s privileged to have played for the Muskies in the past and is able to relate to the experience now that he’s behind the bench.
