Nicole Clarke - Head Coach
My name is Nicole Clarke and I was born and raised in Lindsay, a small town about 2 hours North East of Toronto. I started playing girls hockey at the age of 7, playing competitively until university. I attended Lakehead University for Education and am currently an Occasional Teacher in the Rainy River District. Following university, I moved home and worked with the Lindsay Junior ‘A’ Muskies of the Ontario Junior Hockey League for one season. In order to pursue my teaching career, I relocated to Fort Frances in hopes of getting involved in the community, specifically girls hockey. I am really excited to give back to the Fort Frances High School community, that has welcomed me with open arms. I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge and love for the game while supporting the girls from behind the bench this season.

Amy Penner - Assistant Coach
I’m Amy Penner and I was born and raised in Fort Frances. I started my hockey career in 2003 and have been involved in girls hockey ever since. I have a passion for hockey, and a drive to help girls form a love for the sport like I have. I was myself apart of the Muskie Girls hockey team, playing four seasons 2011-2015; making history by being the first Muskie Girls hockey team to win a NORWOSSA title and attend OFSAA and earning a silver medal at OFSAA my grade twelve year. Moving onto College I played with the Confederation College Thunder Hawks for three seasons. In 2018/2019 I decided that I would like to give back to the community and I was given the opportunity to be an assistant coach/trainer for the Muskie Girls. I am excited to share my knowledge and love for hockey and help to improve each girl’s game individually.
